My main vehicle is a 1971 Chevy short box 4x4, bought it new in 1971 and put 522,000.00 miles on it, still running and parked in my yard. Told the wife when I die just put me in the truck, put Reba on the tape deck and lower us in the hole......

Ya, I love that old truck, people are always asking me when am I going to buy a new truck, my answer is never, that one is payed for and it will do every thing that a new one will do and sometime I think better. I bought it July 20 1971..........
