Looking for a electric trike bike

Hey everyone! My in‑laws are moving into the same neighborhood as my sister‑in‑law, and I’d like to get him an electric trike to ride around the neighborhood and over to her house. It’s a big community with bike paths and streets where he can ride to the pool and things. He’s 70 years old and has had some health issues in the past, which is why I’m leaning towards a trike (for safety). Any good recommendations? Looking to stay under $2,000.

Before my dad passed I was looking at getting him the Lectric trike, pretty reasonably priced.

https://lectricebikes.com/collections/xp-trike

BUT I don’t have any personal experience with the brand and this was a few years ago so they may have some other trikes that are available. I just try to stay away from the half cheap amazonish E bikes….. You may also surf YouTube, they have a bunch of reviews and comparison videos.

Report back what you end up getting

I may also add the bigger seat option and accessories were also a bonus for the trike, as much as I don’t mind when I was 14 to have a seat up my bung not so much anymore I have even thought about getting one for myself
