Which Gravel Bike for women?

Hi everyone,
New to the forum and looking for some advice on a new women gravel bike. I have been out riding on a second hand bike during lockdown and really getting into it. I have been doing a mixture of road and off road light trail riding. In the future I would be interested in doing some bike packing trips too. I have been looking at getting a new gravel bike as it looks like it would cover the types of riding I want to do and have narrowed it down to two bikes. Looking for advice as to which would be "better" as I don't know the difference between the technical aspects of the bikes. Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks

You don't say which two bikes you're looking at. Most important is which one fits you best. Test ride both, which feels right, which works with your body type?
Think about weight and build quality. It doesn't have to be the best thing out there, but super heavy or cruddy equipment's no good either.
How are you going to carry your stuff and will the bikes you're looking at accept whatever BOB trailer/pannier/etc?

My wife have had this Giordano Trieste gravel bike for a couple of years. Can take 32c tyres which I did for a while . That was high-quality build with a lightweight steel frame/fork and 30mm tires — great for a smooth ride on multiple terrains.
