WANTED: bellhousing for 91' V6 pickup

I am looking for the bellhousing off of a 5 speed transmission to fit a V6 engine. It doesn't matter which V6 because I am doing a diesel engine swap (1.8 liter Isuzu). I just need a V6 bellhousing to fit a 5 speed tranny out of a 91 toyota pickup. I believe it is a W56 5 speed but I am not sure. Was this same 5 speed used with the V6? It was mated to a 22re, but the bolt pattern is a small radius and interferes with some components on the diesel engine (starter and bellhousing to engine block bolts). So my thinking is that by using a bigger bellhousing I can get out of the way of these things and simply make an adapter plate. I attempted to make an adapter plate for the bellhousing I have now but it didn't work out because of these interference issues.

v6 uses the r150 series 5spd. different from 22re 5spd.

I have a v6 to r150 series, if you need it

Well that creates a new dilema. I guess I failed to mention that this is a 4x4 truck. So what about transfer cases? If I were to put a v6 tranny/tcase in would it bolt up to the same crossmember as the 22re tranny/tcase or would I have to move that back as well? I am trying to do this in as little work as possible. This is the first Toyota I have ever owned so I don't know much about what parts fit what model and year. It is a regular cab short bed pickup. I was considering making an adapter plate from this W56 to a v6 bellhousing of some sort and then another adapter plate from the bellhousing to the engine. But like I said I am uncertain as to which way is the best way. What do you think?

Check this site:

http://www.marlincrawler.com/

there is a lot of info on transmission... etc

You "should" be able to use the factory crossmember, but I have not done what you are talking about.
