I have 2 ecu's for sale. Both worked fine when last used. The first is from a 22re 2x2. Part # 89661-35820. The second is from a 3.0 3vze. I'm not sure if it's 4x4 or not. Just check your part # against it. The # for the 3.0 ecu is 89661-35351. I'm sure toyota can also tell you all applications for both of them. If you want to check my ebay rating..
