I'll take the fog lights...Do you have the fog light relay the goes in the fuse box under the hood?

No I dont...I am doing the front bumper conversion on my 97 LTD...The fogs came with the bumper assy that I purchased...I have seen a thread somewhere that your vehicle is already wired for the running lights and the wires are taped up, if I am not mistaken, to the harness for the headlights.
You may beable to do a search and get some more info on this.
