tire size to rear end ratio
Yes on a 94 toyota 4 runner with the 22 re 5spd trans i am currently runnig 33/12.50 tires and it runs great. So i was wondering if i put a 7 inch lift then use 36/ 12.50 tires will i have good pull out or will i need to change ratio,s in the diffs

If you are happy with your current setup, then my guess is that you will not be happy with 3" larger tires and the same gear ratio. What gears do you have anyway? Aside from increased wind resistance, the lift will have no impact on power. Check out the link below for a general idea of tire size vs. gear ratio. Most guys tend to lean toward the red/power range.
