I know those of you that frequent this forum probably see a these requests often, so I'm not expecting much here. Just hoping someone knows where to go with this! I recently purchased a truck off a guy that was in real sorry shape, and have been working on rebuilding it. I'm trying to source a 5th rim so I can have a full spare, and have been cleaning up the 4 existing ones.

I can't figure out who manufactures this wheel.

4 in backspace (maybe 4.2?)
8 holes
1900 lbs load rating

A nondescript number of unknown meaning: 203293.

Any guidance would be super helpful here, I'm not really sure where to go next.
