My lady and I are leaving next Friday morning to go to Abiquiu lake here in New Mexico for a three day camping trip. Planning on fishing, some hiking with the dogs and some nice cool evenings by the campfire. I'd forgotten how much work it is to refurbish the camping gear after it's been sitting for a year++. So today I pulled out the camping box and inventoried it, then put all the camp cook ware into the dish washer, pulled out the fishing gear and got it all organized and cleaned the ice chest. My living room is a wreck with all this stuff in there *LOL*. Also took a snap shot or two of the mess. Wish us luck since it'll be her and I and two dogs sleeping in the back of the 4runner. Will post pics of the trip later on.
