Finishing up my 3.4 swap. Using the conversion harness wiring diagram (attached)and think I have found an error in an otherwise really good posting. I can't find the original post so I can send the author a PM about the error. Anybody know the link to the post that had this wire listing ?

 

Well, all together found four major wiring erro
inal poster so ..... oh well. Anyway, finished the swap, finished the conversion harness. WOW, cranked up first try. Runs great. what a nice swap. CD

 

hey I'm swapping a 98 3.4 with a auto trans harness and ecu into my 89 with the 3vz and Manuel trans. I'm looking for a wiring diagram/pin out to connect the 3.4 engine harness to the 3.0 cab harness. having trouble finding correct information to make splice harnesses together. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

It's worth the effort to start a build thread for your vehicle, also very much worth the price of an alldata daily pass to grab the diagrams for your donor and recipient....

(Bad form to piggy back a thread, also shows you didn't really read the rules if you're on someone else's thread because "you can't start your own with out ten posts".. That is only in the for sale section, you can start threads that aren't for sale or want to buy.)
