Help, my 4Runner's bleeding

I've got an 89 3VZ-E engine with 196,500 miles and nice red puddle of coolant leaking. I suspect it's the water pump and I want to change it but it does not look too easy, nor does the "chiltons" give you good instructions. Anyone have better instructions in changing out the water pump???? Thanks in advance.

Might as well do the timing belt and check your idler pullies out at the same time. You have to pull the radiator, alternator, powersteering pump, and crank pully. Take your time, put all the bolts in labeled ziplock bags and make sure you use a Toyota timing belt.

Here the manual for my '95. Most of it is the same, but your tensioner is different on the '89.

Good luck!
