Evap hose not hooked up. Can't find where it goes.

Hey guys found another issue on my swap that I need some help with (I know this is getting old). While swapping in a new header gasket over the weekend I found that my EVAP had a connection that was just laying there and not connected to anything. It is pictured below. I can't find anything in reach that it can connect to so I really need a helping hand in figuring out where this sucker goes. Thanks fellas

Take a look at the links below. It looks like it ran back to a port on the air cleaner box and is a vent. You likely could put a small section of hose on there and mount a small breather filter on it. But, maybe I'm missing seeing something.

"VENT TO FRAME" It literally runs into a hole in the frame.

I have a hose that runs from that port to the frame (it could be left open though), and the CA SMOG ref signed off on it. It's routed to inside the frame to avoid picking up too much dust or road debris.
