Nissan pathfinder rear axle in a 94 pickup?

Hi all new to the site. Looking for some info if early 2000s Nissan pathfinder axle will be able to house my third member from my Yota axle with an elocker? I have a cheap pathfinder axle available to me and was looking at linking my Yota thought this might be an idea

I doubt it very much. I seem to recall once checking out an early 2000 Nissan rear 3rd and that SOB thing was a monster. Much bigger ring gear and heavy too. The Toyota 8" was much less strength....and smaller. The 8" Yota 3rd is a much smaller mounting pattern....not worth it.

Wont fit. The nissan rear is bigger.

If look for a axle our of a 4runner if you want stock link tabs. But they are pretty thin. You would be better off trussing and welding our own tabs on.
