Question 70 Series LC front Diff in FJ80 Housing

Hello,

I'm gathering parts + researching for a SAS on my gen2 4Runner. I have a front axle housing from an FJ80. Used FJ80 3rd members (locked and open) are ridiculously expensive. And that's just for the used unit itself, not including the cost for replacing bearings, changing gear ratio, etc. After a bit of research, I found that its possible to buy brand new e-locker 3rd members from Amayama, and in some cases for LESS than what people try to sell used ones for. As I was looking through parts diagrams for other LC models, I noticed that 70 series Land Cruisers from 1990+ models seem to also have 8" high pinion front differentials. Does anyone know if a 70 series LC front differential will fit into an FJ80 front axle housing? Here is the exact part number I'm looking at: 41110-60831

I have tried searching but can't find any definitive answers one way or another. Best I can find is generic statements that "70 series uses 8" high pinion front diffs" but I don't know if the bolt pattern is the same, etc.

Thank you!

Can't speak to the compatibility issue, but...
I purchased less than a hundred dollars' worth of OEM Toyota parts from Amayama a while back.
All the parts originated in Japan.
The prices were, indeed, good compared to any US sources.
I knew that there would be some trump tariff owed on delivery, but to my surprise, UPS dunned me for well over a hundred dollars with their 'administrative" fees on top of any supposed tariffs.
Near a hundred and fifty percent of the parts costs themselves.
The Japanese made parts that are already in the country turned out to be substantially cheaper that the Amayama supplied parts.
Beware
Trump shenanigans are far from over.

Yeah I've ordered plenty of stuff from Amayama before so I know its legit and know what to expect for shipping times, etc. Even with shipping and import/tariff fees (which I'm expecting), what I'm ordering, brand new, is STILL going to be several hundred dollars than what I can get USED. I'll report back here if it all works out.
