85 4runner

I am looking at an 85 4runner Wednesday. The rust is pretty heavy on the lip under the rear cover. Says it should probably be cut out. Seems upfront about the truck. Stock gearing. Here is the text from the add

1985 Toyota 4runner
I bought this truck stock and lifted it 4" with a pro comp suspension lift.
It has 32" tires.
I replaced the motor back in April with a BRAND NEW motor, not remanufactured. This included a new water pump,
thermostat, starter, fuel injector kit
etc. I had the clutch replaced and it has a new battery.
I have receipts from gear head garage where all the work was done professionally.
Truck runs great, idles a little funny but that's a simple fix.
Interior is great, exterior has little rust, scratches, and oxidation.
Engine has 7k on it, truck has 354k.
Motor has a 7yr, 100k warranty
It's not perfect but it runs awesome. $5500 obo.

What's it worth with this many miles on it? Body over all seems straight

It was a decent 4runner but I could see paying 5500 for it. She would come down to 5k but that was a little out of my range. Oh well. I might just look for a stock ifs and SAS it when I can
