water poured out of exhaust after engine flushing
I have a 1995 4runner V6 2nd generation. After flushing the engine with water from the garden hose, my engine ran poorly and was pouring water mixed with gasoline out of the exhaust. My engine was running fine with no water coming out of the exhaust but the engine occasionally would bog down or lost power. I thought it would help with I replaced the injectors. I removed the plenum for replacing the injectors and re-installed it back on with new plenum gasket.
Questions:
1) Why would water come out of the exhaust when engine was running?
2) If it ia a blown head gasket, why blownhead gasket happen engine flushing?
Any comments are greatly appreciated
