Doesn't sound like all bad, having designated and identified trails is something we need. Not all our natural resources spring back, in fact there are still noticable trails from the days of wagon trains. Some eco systems don't recover when their torn up. Don't get me wrong, I've done my share of damage "back in the day" but I don't think the farmers appreciated how much fun it was to drive through their cornfields and clover fields ( the wrong thing to do). It could be a possible good thing they are doing. jmo

That wasn't from Washington State, it was from Washington DC and has to do with National Forest and Grassland areas. In other words, the whole country, not just us.

i figure at this rate, maybe i should just restore my '79 since all 4 wheeling will probably be on private property by the time it's done.
