Hot wire an FJ Cruiser e-locker

I have an 07 FJC complete locking rear axle that is out of the vehicle that I need to get the differential out of but it is not locked. Is there a way to run 12 volts to lock it with out damaging anything? Or a way to lock it manually?
thank you
Shubey

Post a pic of the wiring connector and wires from it to the diff. I don't know about an 07 but if it's anything like a 2000 model actuator, I can probably tell you which pins to energize / ground.

After closer inspection it was just 2 wires and easy enough to get it done. Sorry for not looking in to completely before asking.
Thank you

you can un bolt the motor and remove it then move it manually, easy to do. thats how i did mine till i hooked it up to a switch.
