Air vent control selector

Air vent control selector
Hey All,
I'm new here, came over from the FJcruiser forums as I am looking for some help. Today I noticed that I only have air blowing out of the face vents on my FJ. I have heat/AC and Fan control but no control on "where" it comes out of. I did try searching here and also on the other forum as well. Can anyone tell me if this is a servo motor issue, vent door issue or anything for that matter. I appreciate any thoughts.
