T100 clock won't work after aftermarket deck install
Recently installed an aftermarket deck into my 1995 T100 SR5 in place of the stock amp and head unit. The install went fine and the radio works perfectly; however, my clock just to the right of the speedometer no longer works for some reason. I don't understand why as it should (I would think) be seperate wiring from the radio wiring. Only wires I touched to install the head unit were the wires going into the factory amp. I simply unplugged them and plugged them into the wiring harness for the radio. Anyone else have this issue?

i think the older they get, the wires attached to the clock become loose or maybe just don't have as good of a connection anymore. my 95 SR5, the clock comes on some days, some days not. fist to dash, usually makes it come on. i'd just check the connection to the clock, maybe scuff up the metal so you have good connection.

Check your kickplate fuses. The clock is on the same 15 amp fuse as the Cigarette lighter. Maybe you shorted the Cig lighter while installing your stereo, blowing the fuse ? Good luck.
