94 t-100 miss/stutter please help!

New to the forum and would like to take advantage of all the knowledge I know is on here. I have a 94 T-100 with the 2.7L 4 Cylinder and am having a time trying to figure out what could be causing this miss/stutter I have. I’ll do my best describing the issue and when it happens.

Upon cold start the engine fires right up high idles and smooths out to around 700 rpm. Before it reaches full temp if I take off down the road around 2500 rpm it bucks/misses like crazy sometimes more violent than others. It will do this all the way through 4,000 rpm. I pretty much never rev it that high but I did this to see if it would ever smooth out. Once it reaches temp the miss/stutter goes away in the 2,500 rpm range but it will stutter here and there around 3,000 rpm. The issue clears up as the engine gets warmer which is where I’m confused as I’ve never dealt with an issue like this. The CEL is on for a lean condition. I went as far as removing the intake manifold and checking all hoses and found none that were damaged and I also tested them with a vacuum gun. I’ve tested a number of parts which include:

TPS
IACV
EGR
Fuel Pressure (both at idle and driving)
IAT Sensor
MAF
VSV (all of them)
Injectors

All of these tested good. There were some parts that needing to be replaced or I just threw at it which include

Distributor
Knock Sensor
ECT
Crank Position Sensor
Wires
Plugs

I have no clue what else to do so any suggestions would be appreciated.
