Hello all. I'm wiring a JEGS electric fan relay system and the one wire goes to the temp sensor is on the intake manifold. Is there another water port on a '81 22R engine that I safely install the water temp sensor for my temp gauge? Are there any 2 post temp sensors that wound work or workaround? Thanks for any info or experiences in this area.

 

Not sure about your 22r but the 22re intake has a second flat spot that can be drilled and tapped right next to the temp sender for the guage cluster.
