my brake light on top the cab don't work

my brake light on top the cab don't work

i don't think its the light bulb and the fuse isn't poped i don't know what else to check also my friggin horn don't work or my hazards if anybody has an idea of what to do or check please let me know i would really appreciate it

did you check the HAZ-HORN fuse?

i checked all of them the only one that was poped was the cigerette lighter.I'll check it again
