Help with Wire Tracking

Need help to identify two wire in my 93 pickup. First one is a solid brown wire coming from drivers side under the kick panel it comes from a one to two split connector from a Red/White Stripe wire between a quick disconnect. The second one is under the passenger side kick panel. A Half Red/Half Black wire feeding from a one to two split connector from a Red/White Stripe wire between a quick disconnect.

So both side start as Red/White stripe wire to two way connector feeding the brown wire (Driver side) or red/black wire (pass side) feeding out a Red/White Stripe wire to a quick disconnect into the OEM taped harness.

Then there's a potter and brumfield relay VF4-45F11, that's got an orange wire cut off and a red wire cut off. Only thing I could find about it was it was a horn relay. but my horn works.

Any help or anybody know enough about 93 wiring?

Just what are you trying to fix??

What is not working ??

It is almost impossible to figure out just what any wire does unless you have a idea of what circuit your trying to trace.

If you really need to figure this out get yourself the wire diagrams for the year you have and trace out every circuit till you find the wires you want

If you can narrow things down to what your trying to figure out it will be a help or you might get lucky and someone will know just what your needing to know.

Windshield wipers aren't working. According to haynes and all the diagrams I have pulled up, none of the wires are tied into that system.

Have you checked that the fuse is not blown??

That it is tight in the socket and making good contact??

Check that the switch is working like it should.

That your getting the correct voltage to the motor.
