Help with trans harness

Help with trans harness
89 22re auto
had a rat eat some wire above the trans. A lot of it is basic repair but since I'm an idiot at wiring I've got two requests.
1) Where does the orange wire run to, (I don't see where it would go on the rear of the trans.
2) Can I run this red wire from the top rear of trans directly to red wire near the front

I think I've got it all figured out. 4wd H & L working as they should, back up lights working as well. Took her for a test run and no 🔥 as of yet. Gonna take her for a dip in the lake to give it hell.
