At first my highbeams would come on if I used my turn signals. Also, occasionally my lights would go out altogether. Now when my lights are on they are stuck with the highbeams on. I can pull back on the turn signal switch to get the extra-bright flash highbeams (or whatever you call them) to come on.

Is this a relay problem? Maybe a grounding issue too?
