Toyota TSB Changes Oil Spec For Newer Engines

Dated last year but just came to my attention. My dealer wasn't even aware of it and uses 5W-30 as spec'd in owner's manuals and engine filler caps. The TSB is inconsistent saying to use the filler cap spec that still has the old spec 5W-30 on mine produced well after the TSB date.

Eh, I just changed mine using Mobil 1 10W-30 Extended Performance for Summer and won't worry about it since it meets ILSAC GF-4 spec.
