What would cause a newer vehicles paint to start cracking (spider cracks/fine line cracks) besides a crappy paint job. Looked at a vehicle the other day and the paint looks like its cracking along both sides and on the hood.

 

maybe its a wreck rebuild thats full of bondo. Bondo cracks pretty easy, especially the thicker its layered on.
