that little car is a tercel, me and my friend had one just like it and did the exact same thing, we jumped the out of that car untill the last jump it ever made, on BIG jump... landed so hard it broke all 4 shockmounts off the frame, tweaked the entire frame, blew out 1 of the CV axles, destroyed the struts, and tore off 3 of the body mounts, along with the front bumper and license plate.

Needless to say since its a yota it just drove away and continued running untill we sold it to his uncle.

Bwahaha, too funny. It's a shame what can happen when you don't think your jump out before you actually do it...

The Subie jump (the huge jump with no sound) I think is from Mythbusters...

There is an older Snowboarding flick filmed up on Mt. Hood (TB9 or one of the older Mac Dog films) where a few friends of mine jumped a Tercel much like the one here repetedly over a little gap/table that was like 35 feet across. The little bugger never missed a beat. Course having transition to land on makes it alot easier on the landing eh. Another guy did the same jump with us in an Old Subie and did really well.

These vids are sweet. I'd never do it to my rig, but man are they fun to watch. Nice post mate.

Cheers

Dave

Stunt Junkies. That episode was fun to watch, but they did a ton of "unnecessary" tests, or seemingly.

Yeah that's it, that was the film from Stunt Junkies wasn't it... Nice. The WRX was fine after that oo. Gotta love fully prepped rally cars.
