front end alignment gone bad

i put my front spacers in this weekend, so i took it for an alignment today. well, it went from tracking pretty straight to...

the wheel now at 11 o'clock and pulling hard right. where did they go wrong here? i am going back tomorrow, but would like some insight as to what the could have screwed up. the pulling hard right is one thing, but my steering wheel now being off center is aggrivating to say the least.

this is on my 98 4runner. thanks!

The wheel is off centre because they adjusted the toe using only one tie rod instead of both, and then they were too lazy to correct it. Pulling is usually from uneven camber or caster, I can't remember which one.

Yah the steering wheel is because of the toe adjustment.

Caster and Camber will both pull.
Caster will pull to least negative side and camber will pull to most positive side.
