I can get this tranny locally but it only has the one stick and mine has two...

I think this must be a "A" or "B" and I think mine is a "D"


My transfer case has the plate on top but the shifter for it is through the tranny... can the shifter plate be swapped?

It would work but you would need to convert your transfer case to a top shift

 

Thats kinda what I was thinking.
So I would also have to cut a hole in my floor as well that sits farther back between the seats?
