Will a 05 Tundra 4.7 engine fit in a 03 Tundra 4.7 truck? I cannot get a straight answer and a couple of places say that )3-04 should be no problem but an 05-07 is probably different. I really need this engine to work for financial reasons. What trouble do you think I will have if I attempt this swap? Will it bolt up correctly? Does it make a difference if the engine was meshed with a 5 speed or an auto trans? I appreciate any info from the gear heads out there!

Will it bolt up? Sure. Will it be a plug and play swap? I doubt it.
