what is this part called?

Basically I was removing my lift kit from my totaled 88 truck and im going to install it on my 89 truck. My only problem is I had to drill out a little gap filler on one of the parts on my truck. I am trying to reorder this filler part that came in the lift kit but I don't know what the part it goes into is called. Its a rough country lift if that is any help. So what is this part called?

Well your arrows are pointed at the top of the steering knuckle where the upper ball joint would go.

Not sure really what you might be talking about.

Ball joint spacer of some sort??

Steering knuckle thanks. Im good with a wrench but not with names and words lol. Thanks a lot man. My problem was my lift kit came with an adapter to drop the steering knuckle and the metal grommet or gap filler goes in that hole on top of the steering knuckle to remove the tapering so a bolt can fit evenly in there with no gaps or play. While uninstalling the lift kit the metal filler that drops down wouldn't pop out so I had to drill it out enough to fit the ball joint in there. I am going to reorder this part but when I called rough country earlier they had no idea what I was talking about again because I'm bad with words. Now hopefully I can make them understand what I'm talking about thanks again man.
