truck want idle after it warms up?????

Okay last week I had a problem with my 91 toyota pickup 22re engine surging every time I mashed on the brake. Now this only happened after the engine warmed up. The idle seems too fast but I have adjusted it to its lowest setting. After a week of trying to figure it out and replace everything under the hood I decided since there were no for sure methoids of curing the problem I took the advice of someone here that suggested youo could cut the green/white wire from the brake light that supplied signal to the ecu guess what it worked went for nearly a week idle a little high after it warmed up still but no more surging. Well last night I was on my way home and it started it again but this time it surges up and down without mashing anyting. except for the clutch and the idle is way too high so whats up with this? Any help would sure be appreciated cause its driving me crazy.

Sounds like a possible vacuum leak at the booster?

As stated above, I would check for any vacuum leaks. And check EGR system as well.

A hot vacuum hose is more likely to collapse/open a crack than a cold stiff one.

would this cause the idle to be extremely high? I adjusted the screw on the throttle body as low as it can go. How can I check and see if its te booster?
