Stock front spring hanger with lift springs?

Stock front spring hanger with lift springs?
ive noticed most people with front lift springs are using aftermarket spring hangers. Will the stock front hanger not work with aftermarket lift springs? will i need to install a new hanger when i install my 4" lift springs?
