Question

So,I think I know the answer to this, but am tossing it out there anyway. Could I safely spray a foam insulation into my tailgate, and doors? This is an attempt to quiet things. Or is that a huge fire safety issue? Thanks susan
i have an 86 4 runner.

That is also a great way to trap moisture and rust out your truck. It will also gum up all of your window regulators and door latches.
don't try to re-invent the wheel, if you want to reduce noise get some dyna-mat or similar.
