ok this post is going to be a little long. last weekend i went and looked at a 82 45 minutes away.. good price but i wanted to sell one of my 4runners first because of my driveway is so full of yoters already and for some actual paper cash.. turns out you snooze you loose no big deal.. now im supposed to sell my 4runner next saturday , for some crazy reason i actually may have found a better deal a little further away about 2 hours each way.. but there is only one picture which i think is old posted online. the previous owner who has had the truck 2 years said the body is beatup up but its mechanicially ok...he hasnt driven it in 2 months.he used to use it for hauling firewood..he said it would make the trip home if i had a dealer plate or a 10 day permit.. but i think i would c.a.a it as i have a plus membership..he said the frame is ok.

do you think i should go there tommorow on my only day off and snap it up or should i hold off again till nextweekend when my truck is gone and pay cash instead of a check which i would just pay with now...
do you think its gonna be a waste of my time and break my heart??
do i let it go and if its there next week its mine if its ment to be or seize the day and snap it up?

ok well heres the pics the po says the body is shot especially the bed as you can see but the drivetrain run and is solid.. he said the frame was good..

im gonna offer 5-6 hun he keeps the topper.... he said at one point in its life it had 36s... diffs are open 4 spd

 

I used to live in the buffalo area...if the body is that far gone, I would take a serious look at that frame. I am thinking you are gonna be able to find a few questionable spots...
