need help

i have a 93 toyota standard 4x4 pick up. can i buy an engine that is out of an auto, and still hook the engine up to the tranny. is there a converter or does it just fit right in. any help would be appreciated.

Yes you can. Just swap all your electronics to the block and intake. the auto and manual have the same bolt paterns and will bolt right up

BTW you should add a sig so we all know exactly what you have. As you add more stuff to the truck... you can add more to the sig

thanks bro, i will defintleypost some pics and let you all know exactly what i have. i did find a 3.0 out of a junkyard for 816 dollars. coming out of a 93 4x4 standard. figure i will change the gaskets, spark plugs , i should be good. do you have any other suggestions before i put her in?Hopefully i dont have the same problem with the head gaskets on this one.
