Help setting to tdc

Crank notch on 0 Hey everyone, im legit confused. So with the notch on the crank pulley lined up with zero (0) the pin on the cam bolt is not at 12 o clock. Cylinder 1 @ tdc both valves loose. the truck ran and idled good. please advise Thanks guys I just wanna be certain before I go removing more. Hope the attachment worked. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Attachment did not work. I think you'll a few more posts before you can attach pics. Balancer at 0 should have the cam gear at either 6 or 12. Nothing else. If anything different than that then either the chain was installed incorrectly, it jumped a few teeth and you more problems than this or the balancer slipped on the rubber not indicating a true TDC
