Hello

Just saying hello. Built 2 low-budget tube chassic buggies with suzuki engines and toyota axles, air shocks, 37 sticks. Just bought a lot of Toyota stuff, including a early 80's truck with 22r w/ weber. Don't know much about engines, let alone carburators, but figured this is a good place to start. Truck runs but needs a choke cable and gas tank, then alot of love. Hoping to make a mild, semi-comfortable streetable wheelable truck. no cage.

Current buggy just went for first shakedown run. Specs: 2.0 Suzuki engine 6.5 suzuki tcase, toyota axles, 5.29, lockers, 37 stickies, poo-pipe chassis.

New truck project: specs:
22r with Weber 32/36
rebuilt engine with larger pistons and possible 20r head? (need to figure how how to confirm)
double valve springs
4.88 detroit/lockrite
4 speed w/ top shift tcase
manual steering (I do have an IFS box and OTT high steer to put in, tho)

Welcome! Hope your dog feels better.

If the weber is frustrating you, get a stock aisin carb or propane.

Check out irate4x4.com too, the buggy may fit in there a little better.
