I feel stupid even asking this but various searches just yeilded pages and pages of non-answers.

Are there differences in backspacing (or wheel width for that matter) between 3rd gen and 4th gen 4Runner facrory alloys?

Basically, I'm looking to put a set of 2005 17inch alloys on my 1999 4Runner along with slightly larger tires, after a 2.5 inch lift. I can get pics of the wheels I want to swap if that helps.

While we are at it, I have a line on a set of 2005 sequia/tundra wheels too. I like them better but the same question applies.

Or.... Is there a comprehensive list of these specs somewhere?
