Determine which Rough Country lift kit is installed

This might be a long-shot, but I'm trying to determine which lift kit is installed on my 1988 Pickup 4WD 3.0 V6 3VZE. I'm a newbie when it comes to lift kits. The front shock absorber has the following information on it, but is there a "tried and true" method to figure this out? My internet searches aren't yielding much.

It looks like there is only one kit that comes in either STD, or EXT Cab:

STD: https://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-...kup-4wd-564220
EXT: https://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-...sid=zISKPRoFpr
