connecting rod order on the crankshaft

hey, I took apart my block (1MZFE) for rebuild and after cleaning my connecting rods I am confused about the order they were on the crankshaft. Three of them have "U0" on them and other three have "T4". They got also some marks on their connectings to their caps. Anyway, I'm putting on new pistons and bearings. Is it very important to put them the same way I took them off?
