So my truck has a bench seat in it currently and i want to change it out to these bucket seats that i already have...

am i going to have to custom make a lower bracket so im not sitting on the floor or does anyone know of a kit that someone makes that i can get... i can fab one if i have to but a kit would just be easier...

Thanks,

Lon

first id put a full cage in that vehicle, without a cage, if a roll or something happens, with that 4 point harness, your screwed.

i took the lower part of an old bench seat (which is tubular) and put crossbars from front to back and then bolted my seats to that, still adjustable as a bench seat, mine didnt sit to high and they slid pretty far back but i could c a thicker seat having problems....i will dig up some pictures here when i can

Hit the bone yard for some trashed out Toyota buckets and get the seat brackets, that way your bracket will bolt into the right holes...or drill and secure with grade 5 or 8 bolts...
