Question Auto Part Store Opinions

If you were going to buy a distributor cap/rotor from either AutoZone, Checker or Napa.. which would it be?

I am talking the cheapest one either has, these are their brands...

AutoZone - Duralast
Checker - BWD
Napa - Napa's Mileage Plus

Usually I use AutoZone's parts as they are the most affordable, but these are all very similarly priced.

Who do you all prefer?

Napa has been my first choice.. Recently been seeing Chinese water pump, ect., ect., there. Might be changing my vote.

Been getting stuff at autozone for a while just for the lifetime warranty And I have an account there.

But have always had good experience with Napa Mileage Plus

They all carry the same level of quality material... So don't kid yourselves...

A Napa house brand clutch is a Perfection, with the same part #'s even being used on Advances site...

To tell the truth I just get these parts from where I happen to be at the time.

Since Advanced Auto split off from there former partners their prices have gone up quite a lot

Since I have a bunch of these vehicles I have all the tune up parts sitting on the shelf any way.

I buy a lot of my parts on line, usually from parts train or rock auto, even with shipping most of the time you can find the parts cheaper than the local parts store.

I think I am going to go with Napa this time. I almost never buy their parts.

The distributor cap I am replacing is from AutoZone, it is probably 6 years old and has a small crack forming.
