Air bags above leaf springs

Air bags above leaf springs
I tried searching to no avail... can someone please tell me how to adjust the air bags above the leaf springs on an 03 Tacoma. I see the valves to hook up to, but what I don't know is the PSI to pump to. Any help would be appreciated.
