99 toyota 4runner low idle on cold start up

I have a 99 4runner and I recently swap the motor out and noticed that while the engine is cold it starts up fine but idle is lower than normal? about 1200 rpm. doesn't it starts up while cold about 1500 -2000 rpm until it warms up? then goes down ? anything I could do? thanks!

Is the low idle causing the MIL to trip and give you the P0505 code??

It might help to lets us know just what engine as things area little different.

No Mil, No engine check light...I just started the 4runner the motor is cold and after it starts up it idles at exactly 1000 rpm then about a few mins later as temp goes up the idle raises til 1300-1400 rpm and runs and stays there. Maybe a vacuum leak or I connected any hoses backwards? Ill check it out in the a.m

The only thing different is that I swapped over everything from a 99 limited 4runner 4wd into a 99 sr5 2wd 4runner shell. swapped over motor trans all wiring ecu. so it has everything from a limited except the sunroof.
