86 4runner real bad mpg (help)

still a little new so hope this is correct.
3.4km/liter
I have a stock 86 runner 22re auto on 31's that runs rich and lacks power. computer tells me nothing (no trouble codes) uses the same amount of gas if i drive normal or hard. dont think it is tranny related.

things done list.
velves readjusted by a licenced toy tech.
mass air flow meter (2nd hand)by same tech.
plugs, cap & rotor, wires, by same tech.
computer (2nd hand) by same tech.
ignition contact's in collum by ???
braking system (complete) by licenced yota tech.


problems:
nutral starting switch (questionable) doesn't start in nutral .
cant find first gear when in 1st 4lo, 4hi, 2hi, (auto) if finds 1st will shift to 2nd asif in 2nd.
never starts first time unless real cold outside.
OD works but no light comes on.
oil presure reads high but is not.
temp gage always norm weather cold or hot.

please help.
