4 in downey/rancho lift

I would just like to see some pics of people running this lift I installed mine yesterday and I Didnt get any lift at all is this normal my t-bars are cranked all the way and im only 2 in higher in the front then I am in the rear!? It just doesn't seem right to me! thanks for your input in advance.

I don't have this lift but my understanding was that this was a ~3 inch lift rather than a definite 4 like most bracket lifts.

Rancho lifts are only 3" but there is a member on here who got some more wheel travel and lift out of it. I cannot remember his screen name but search and you will find his pictures.
