k i want to do a 3.4 swap to replace my broke 3vze with the 5 speed tranny.

bad part about it is, idk what im doing.

i have a 2000 5vz-fe and i found a wiring harness.

here are some questions i have at this time.

1.do i need to find a manual ECU?

2.where can i go to get help on the wiring, like do i take all of my old one out?

3.is there any other modifications ima have to do besides the wiring??

spend some time reading there and you will find the answers you need

 

1.do i need to find a manual ECU?--------- it would be prefered but you can make it work with out i put a 5speed in my t100 and used the auto ecu you jus have to wire some things together

2.where can i go to get help on the wiring, like do i take all of my old one out? the wiring i can do for you i have 1 on the way and one sittin here to be done already so it would be fairly easy all i need is both harnesses and to know what you want on the 3.4 ac pwr windows ect... i charge 400 for making conversion harnesses when you take the one out of your truck i prefer you to label the plugs where you removed them from but it isnt absolutuly ness. jus makes my job easier and u get ur harness back fastrer thats all

3.is there any other modifications ima have to do besides the wiring??--------- um your 3vz bell should bolt to the back of your 5vzfe as well as the flywheel so your good there i had to drill my starter one bolt goes from motor to tranny and one from tranny to motor you may get lucky with your motor mounts but they may need to be moved since the r150f tranny is behing the 3.0 you shouldnt have to move your crossmember or change ur dshafts this should be a fairly easy swap to do let me kno if you want the harness done as i will be starting these ones in the next few weeks
